Casa de Suenos is down a private gated drive in a peaceful part of Crestatx, an up-market residential area just a few minutes drive from Pollenca. The villa has 3 double bedrooms all en-suite and with built in wardrobes.

The villa is all on one level which is especially good for children. The property has a fully enclosed gated garden with grassed areas for children to play, and also benefits from a south facing pool and terrace but also areas of shade.

Lovely covered terrace, fabulous for alfresco dining, and near the purpose built bar be que.

Garden and pool are both south facing, so in the sun all day long, this makes a huge difference to the pool temperature.

Casa De Suenos was built with the family in mind. It is all on one floor, to avoid wet feet slipping on concrete staircases. Each bedroom is ensuite. The lounge has a vaulted ceilling, which makes it cool on very hot summer days, but has full central heating for those early or late breaks..

We are very near the golf course, but also only 30 min from the centre of Palma. We hope that every one that stays in our second home has a fantastic time, and enjoy one of the most beautiful parts of the mediterainian.

"We had a great stay in Paul's villa. it was a lovely place; it was nice and clean, with comfy beds and plenty of hot water! (always good) We had the benefit of having the pool heated too which was great for the babies. Paul was really helpful, and easy to contact, providing good info on access and very accurate directions from the airport, also getting back to us swiftly with help and advice when necessary before and during our stay, even pointing us towards advice for bike hire for our holiday. The property was just as described, well thought out and really safe for our little ones so no running after them catching knocked off ornaments or rescuing pulled out cables! we would happily recommend this property to others, Thanks Paul :) "
