Enclosed private garden  made of sand and a large decking area with patio furniture (including rattan sofa set, steamer chairs, gas BBQ, and sun umbrellas) . Cedar  wood storage seats/chests contain bodysurf boards, wind break, spades, sand toys etc.

This unique beach house boasts uninterrupted views of Polzeath beach, the surf and the sunsets from the open plan living area and from  two of the four bedrooms. There is a spacious hall and the house offers plenty of natural light with a modern light and airy feel  throughout. The natural stone bathrooms compliment this feel.
