It has 5 spacious bedrooms, two en-suite, sleeping 10 (+ 2 on small mattresses in one of the twins by arrangement with the owner) and with travel cot if needed. It boasts a large, sociable kitchen, conservatory/dining room, lounge with wood burner, a second ‘snug’ lounge and games room with full size pool table.

Outside, a large and secure lawned garden stretches down to green fields with traditional Devon hedges, beyond which lies the North Devon coast. The garden contains a barbecue terrace with cushioned sofas and chairs, large, private hot tub and tennis court plus a heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) and further sun lounge area shared with the owners and The Annex.
