Detached from the main house and completely self-contained, this property is set in an acre of land with native trees, a fruit orchard a large lawn overlooking the Axe Valley.

There is a conservatory/ lounge with access out to the gardens.

There are 2 bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other twin beds.

The bathroom has a shower, sink area, WC and washing machine. This bathroom is en-suite to the main double bedroom, so guests in the twin bedroom need to go through the main bedroom to access the bathroom.

There is a log stove room which connects the conservatory to the main bedroom and kitchen.

The kitchen has all utensils, gas cooker + hob, microwave and fridge.

"I really enjoyed my stay and Marilyn made me feel very welcome. There was plenty of room inside and the home was well located for catching up with family and friends in Dorset, Devon and Somerset. I found the narrow lanes to get there tiring driving but the reward was the total seclusion, peace and amazing views over the valley. I’d describe the home as homely and comfortable. Being surrounded by natural garden and countryside, there are insects and other animals around which sometimes come inside."
