Bean Goose Barn was once the stables and hayloft on a busy working farm in the tiny hamlet of Stathe on the Somerset Levels. After an incredible transformation it’s now a gorgeous holiday house that sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and has an enclosed garden with a quirky wood fired hot tub. With a homely and gentle ambience this is a wonderful place to stay for family holidays, for a country break with friends and their children, or for low key family celebrations spent with the people you love most in the world.

On the ground floor there’s a kitchen/dining room, 2 bedrooms and a shower room; upstairs there’s a large sitting room with country views and a wood-burner, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Right from the doorstep you can walk for miles and miles in the glorious Somerset countryside; within just a few miles you’ll find family attractions, fun-filled activities and plenty of good places to eat. This is a lovely place to stay any time of year, whether it’s for a week long holiday, a peaceful midweek break or just a weekend away.
