  Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor in The Stables and sleeps 3 in zip and link beds (superking or twin) and a single pull out truckle bed. This room is access friendly and has an en suite wet room.

  Bedroom 2

  Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor in The Stables and sleeps 5 in zip and link beds (superking or twins), 2 pull out truckle beds, and a sofa bed for 1. This room has an en suite shower room.

  Bedroom 3

  Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor in The Stables and sleeps 5 in zip and link beds (superking or twin), 2 pull out truckle beds and a single sofa bed. This room has an en suite bathroom with a roll top bath and a separate shower.

  Bedroom 4

  Bedroom 4 is upstairs in The Stables and sleeps 4 in zip and link beds (super king or twins) and 2 pull out truckle beds. This room has an en suite shower room.

  Bedroom 5

  Bedroom 5 is upstairs in The Stables and sleeps 3 in zip and link beds (superking or twins) and a single. This room has its own shower room.

  Bedroom 6

  Bedroom 6 is a ground floor room in the Wagon Shed and sleeps 2 in zip and link beds that can be arranged as a superking or two singles. This room has its own shower room.

  Bedroom 7

  Bedroom 7 is a ground floor room in the Wagon Shed and sleeps 2 in zip and link beds that can be set up as a super king or as two singles. This room has an en suite shower room.

  Bedroom 8

  Bedroom 8 is a ground floor room in the Garden Wall. It sleeps 2 in zip and link beds (superking or twin) and has its own shower room. Bedroom 8 has its own private access from the courtyard.

  Bedroom 9

  Bedroom 9 is a ground floor room in the Garden Wall that sleeps 2 in zip and link beds (superking or twin). It has an en suite shower room and private access via the courtyard.

  Bedroom 10

  Bedroom 10 is a ground floor room in the Garden Wall that sleeps 2 in zip and link beds that can be arranged as a super king or two singles. There is an en suite shower room and private access from the courtyard.

  Kitchen

  There are 3 highchairs which can be requested when doing the configurations and these will be left in the kitchen/dining area.
