Rockside Studio is a delightful holiday accommodation in New Polzeath , located close to Polzeath Beach and to the beach path with access direct to Baby Bay Beach. Ideal for a couple or a family with up to 2 children.
The Studio has a ground floor kitchen and shower room, with living and sleeping area upstairs for 2-4 guests, plus a balcony. Polzeath village is a short walk across the beach at low tide or along the cliff path at high tide.

1 well behaved small dog with its own bed will be welcomed for a fee of £25. Dogs are only allowed on Polzeath Beach & Baby Bay from end Sept - Easter, but all coast paths and other local beaches are dog friendly all year.

"Great little studio flat in an awesome locatiob ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flat had all we needed and was easy to live in and keep tidy. Outside shower and storage for surfboards etc was ideal. Location close to beach and coastpath is perfect and only a short walk across the beach into the village for a beer, meal, pizza etc. Date of arrival 26 August 2018"
