NB: Lower Leigh is a thatched property so it is very important that candles are not used at the property. This is a serious fire risk so guests must not under any circumstances light candles anywhere inside or outside the house during their stay. The gas BBQ can only be used where it is situated, in the back garden due to insurance purposes.

Restrictions: No smoking - no fireworks, sky lanterns or drones - no noise after 11pm

"What wonderful accommodation of such a high standard, we had a fantastic stay with all the family! They loved the hot tub, games & pool were in constant use. The gardens are amazing & the views wonderful, cows & sheep from our bathroom window, very well equipped & I loved the Aga! Barbeque lodge outstanding we loved it all and will definitely be back! "
