A brand new, architect designed, four bedroom house (sleeps 8-10 + 2 babies), set in a lovely location in Trebetherick, tucked away off the main road, with extensive countryside views across rolling hills to The Point Golf Club.  The house is an easy 8 minute stroll to the beach at Daymer Bay using public footpaths, and for the more energetic, it's just 25 - 30 minutes from Polzeath along the coastal path and about the same to Rock.  There is a shorter route to Polzeath on public footpaths skirting the edge of the Point golf course which takes around 20 minutes.  The St Moritz Hotel and the Mowhay, both great for supper, are a five minute walk away as is Trebetherick Stores which stocks day to day essentials.  Restharrow Farm shop is two doors up for milk, bread, eggs, homemade cakes and fresh veg grown on site.

Bedroom 3 - Bunk beds

Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom with bath and shower over.
