Two similar en suite bedrooms with King-size beds, each enjoy sea views with access to the terrace and garden via sliding doors – one en suite has a shower whilst the other includes a bath with separate shower.
The third bedroom is set up as a single bed with a trundle underneath (please request use of this additional bed) and has an en suite shower room.
The first floor has a spacious, open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room, boasting lovely sea views and with glass doors out to a large decked balcony, with seating. The kitchen is beautifully appointed, with Silestone worktop, wine fridge and Neff appliances, whilst the living/dining area is very comfortable.
The second floor has a master bedroom offering stunning sea views via ‘picture’ windows, incorporating a Juliet balcony. This bedroom has a King size bed and fully-tiled en suite bathroom with bath.

"The Lobster Pot is a hidden gem. Everything is finished to such a high standard. The house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need...even down to wine bottle stoppers! We felt at home from the minute we arrived. The beds are comfortable and the en suites are an added luxury without the waiting time for a large party to share a bathroom. The dog shower by the main door was very useful after a few hours on the beach with a dirty dog! The creme de la creme was the view from three of the bedrooms and living area. It was so beautiful and really was idyllic. I couldn’t praise this property any more. It really was perfect! "
