Our newly converted barn the Pepper pot Retreat named after our local Oratory as affectionally known as the Pepper pot which is just up the lane to walk to from our property our new barn conversion is ideal for families or two couples with stunning countryside and coastal scenic views with walks outside the door onto the downs .Dogs are welcome we located on the outskirts of Niton in a peaceful setting 15 minute walk into the village were we have two pubs, cafe ,shop open until 9pm, chemist, Drs, pottery shop / beach 5 minutes by car .Discounted ferry travel offer with your booking with us .
