Thorncombe is one of five timber-clad holiday lodges on a small private site in a scenic valley at the foot of the Quantock Hills. 5 ensuite bedrooms sleep 12 and there's room for 1 more guest on a sofa bed at an extra charge, the house has heaps of space, with a big open plan living area that's great for when you all want to gather together, and a private indoor swimming pool, play equipment and games areas.

This is a superb base for exploring the beautiful Somerset countryside, with plenty of opportunities for walks and outdoor pursuits nearby, and several fantastic attractions and places to eat. "10/10 - Was amazing from start to finish. The swimming pool was well maintained and the kitchen was well equipped which was handy cooking for a 11 people! Very nice to meet the owner and having a cake and two bottles of wine in the fridge. Visited Dunster Castle and Village. Would highly recommend to friends and family and will be look to visit again soon."
