Inside is light and airy with wonderful period features, outside are vast sweeping lawns surrounded by mature trees; plenty of space for outdoor activities and for children to run around and play.

It’s like you have a world of your own at Sandfield House, it’s an absolute haven conveniently only a few miles from the M5 (J26) and just a very short drive from Tiverton where trains run to London Paddington in under 3 hours. The Devon border is just a stone’s throw away and close by you’ll find plenty to see and do – family attractions, outdoor pursuits, golf courses, walks and welcoming country pubs. The beautiful beaches of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site can be reached in less than an hour.
