Everything has been thought of in order to create the best holiday possible and the immediate impression on arrival is one of delight at the high standard of presentation throughout. With a gorgeous expanse of sand just a couple of minutes’ walk away, time can be spent on the beach and the house is handy enough to pop back to if need be.

Cosy comfort is what comes to mind in the light and bright sitting room that has a wood-burning stove to radiate warmth and provide a lovely focal point. Off the sitting room is a sunroom where the amazing views out to sea and the mountains of Arran beyond are perfectly showcased. It is a wonderful place to catch up on a good book and doors lead to patio seating for outdoor eating or enjoying a coffee in the sun. Having a downstairs double bedroom and shower room is great for those with mobility challenges and the utility room is a useful addition to any holiday home.

The other delightful bedrooms, one double and a twin, are upstairs where the elevated position make the stunning views of the water and boats bobbing in the distance the star of the show. It really is a blissful way to be greeted when waking up in the mornings.

Park right by the door and once the gate is shut the mature garden is fully enclosed so children and pets can make the absolute most of it. The huge lawn lets them properly stretch their legs and the outside tap is ideal for cleaning up after running around. A pleasant walk leads down to picturesque St Ninian’s Bay where lots of birdlife can be spotted including sea eagles that are a truly awesome sight.

Dog Friendly. Electric Vehicle Charger available onsite. Luxury Self Catering Holiday Accommodation. Coastal Location. Ideal UK Staycation. Perfect location for a special Scottish Christmas and New Year (Hogmanay).

"A FANTASTIC place to stay! We cannot praise this Cottage, and it’s location, highly enough: it surpassed ALL our expectations. We were greeted to a personalised welcome pack full of local/Scottish goodies, spotlessly clean, warm and inviting rooms, with luxurious fixtures and fittings. As we found during our week of ‘heaven’ in Seaview Cottage, every little thing is catered for (especially consumables in the kitchen and bathrooms). The Conservatory is just bliss to sit/eat in, whatever the time of day, and weather. Our four legged friend was extremely well catered for, with towels and bowls provided; having the utility room was an absolute bonus, enabling us to hose her, and our footwear down, after our twice daily walks on the beach. The provision of all the different ‘sitting out’ areas in the immaculate garden is a lovely thought/ addition AND it was brilliant to have a range of outdoor games available- we had great fun playing Croquet! In terms of location on the Island, the Cottage is ideally placed; everywhere being no more than a 15 minute drive. We absolutely LOVED our stay here! "
